We are beyond excited to announce thet two courses organised by the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM), in cooperation with Ocrim, will be held in October of this year:
Introduction to Milling Semolina and Flour Production (16 to 20 October 2023)
Milling Analysis and Control Semolina and Flour Production (23 to 27 October 2023)
We are excited because the expert lecturer of the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM), Professor Jeff Gwirtz, will have the opportunity to carry out the practical part of the course at the Milling Hub, the Ocrim and Bonifiche Ferraresi milling centre located in the Cremona canal harbour area, and thus experience the new spaces and futuristic technology that Ocrim makes available for training.

The courses are aimed at employees, middle managers, and executives in the milling industry. Participants can enrol until 31 August. The registration fee includes lessons, practical tests, teaching materials, transport services, and lunchtime canteen service on lesson days.
