This is just one of the many messages sent to a member of the Ocrim team responsible for organising the 'Wheat, Flour And...' event, which was held in Rimini (and surrounding area) this year.
It is true that every year we tell you that the event was the most successful yet. And it is the truth every time, as we do our utmost (nay, the impossible) to ensure that guests feel part of the big Ocrim family and experience something special, unique and above their - but also our - expectations. And once again, this year, with pride - and without prejudice - we can shout out that we did it! Our efforts, our late hours and even our nerves due to inevitable fatigue were amply rewarded by your smiles, your words and the happiness you showed especially during shared moments, moments we experienced together, guests and team members, with positive energy and constructive confidence.
Many have told us that they will never forget these days spent together, and the same goes for us at the Ocrim family. However, we have the wonderful certainty that nothing is over, and that these two/three days have been a beautiful parenthesis - opening and closing once a year - in a never-ending book.
First of all, friends and customers must have wondered why 'Wheat, flour and...' was held in Rimini, Santarcangelo di Romagna and Poggio Torriana this year, and not in Cremona. It is, therefore, only fitting to explain that it had already been our intention for a few years to organise the annual event in these charming and culturally rich locations. And we finally succeeded. But the motivation lies in the Antolini family's desire to present their roots and birthplaces to everyone, to convey an even deeper and more tactile idea of their family ties with their homeland and the industrial activity that starts there and reaches as far as Cremona.
