O|HOUSE
O|HOUSE is a house in the historic downtown of Cremona on three floors consisting of a dining room, three bedrooms (independent and equipped with private bathrooms), living room and meeting room. Silent and luminous, it has been besigned exclusively for customers, to welcome the expected (and unexpected) guest in a genuine manner and in total privacy. We will talk about work, but in a more relaxing way; we will meet, but more comfortably. And above all, you will sleep at our house. For us, confronting and relating in person is very important. Modern communication technologies have certainly reduced distances, but to the detriment of human relationships. And that's why we designed and built O|HOUSE, a location in whiche you can feel as at home.
O|FARMHOUSE
O|FARMHOUSE is a typical farmhouse of the Cremona area, located in the canal harbour area and recently renovate. Inaugurated during the "Wheat, Flour, And..." 2022 edition, it contains the concepts of environmental sustainability and human relations that are the basis of the Ocrim philosophy. The farmhouse is ready to welcome guests: it has currently a fully equipped kitchen, services and four rooms within the manor house. The manor house, arranged on several levels, was partially renovated on the ground floor in autumn/winter 2022. These are four welcoming living rooms characterized by a mix of warm and cold colors that make the environment lively and dynamic in the name of conviviality.
The other levels and the area that will be used as a laboratory, however, are in the planning stage.
