About us

Ocrim, since its foundation, has been involved in the milling industry, thanks to the passion of its founder, the Recipient of the Order of Merit for Labour Guido Grassi. The strenght of all the people who believe and have believed in Ocrim, from the various owners followed over the years to all the workers, enabled the company to specialise itself in the supply of wheat and corn milling plants, feed mills and cereal processing systems in general, also and above all, starting from 1982, with the "turnkey" formula that has definitely led it to be recognised as a great multinational company worldwide.

The "Working Heads" writing that stands out in the production department of Via Massarotti headquarters contains an important concept, completely dedicated to the people who create and produce using their hands and their head.

People

What we do

The strength of Ocrim consists in knowing how to manage every stage of the production process in-house: research, design and production of all the parts that make up the plant take place in our headquarters in Cremona. Here all the components, which we then transport, assemble and test all over the world, come to life. And finally, we train the customer's employees in order that they acquire the skills and become independent in managing the plant. It’s only thanks to all the necessary expertise that one can provide the best possible result to customer.

Mission

Ocrim proudly spreads the Italian Made brand all over the world, symbol of guarantee, reliability and quality. Through its products and thanks to its highly skilled staff, Ocrim provides all its customers with highly technological standard, careful design and constant presence, both during the design and after-sales phases.

Italian Made also documents a productive and logistic process totally carried out in Italy, in Cremona headquarters. The full process has been internalized and today Ocrim is able to manage and have under its sole control and responsibility the certified quality of the products intended to all customers.
The corporate pay off, "Walk the Italian Way" entices customers to take a walk along the Italian road together with Ocrim and exhorts to rely on a partner that makes safety and customer satisfaction the center of its business.

Quality

The Ocrim S.p.A. top management undertakes to pursue a policy that places the customer at the centre of the activities.

Customer satisfaction is pursued by offering and adapting all processes to his particular needs (implicit and explicit) and monitoring the achievement of goals agreed in the contract phase.

The customer assumes a central role for the success of Ocrim S.p.A.: it is important to know him thoroughly, create products in compliance with his needs and create a high level of satisfaction.

Ocrim S.p.A. targets, concerning the Quality Management System, are:

Ethical Code

Ocrim S.p.A. has implemented a Code of Ethics to preserve its reputation, emphasizing the importance of ethics and integrity. Applicable to all individuals in connection with the company, the code requires compliance with laws, fairness, and transparency. It outlines criteria of conduct, prohibiting corruption, undue influences, and conflicts of interest. Aspects such as accounting correctness, personnel policies, use of company assets, management of confidential information, and workplace safety are addressed. The code establishes a disciplinary system and an Organizational Model with a Supervisory Body to monitor compliance. Adopted in 2008, the code can be updated with approval from the Board of Directors.

Ocrim is committed to conducting its business with honesty and integrity. We expect all employees, executives, consultants, interns, trainees, and representatives acting on behalf of the Company to uphold high standards, respect our values, and exhibit behavior in accordance with our Code of Ethics. Ocrim also fully adheres to Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on whistleblowing.
