"Grano, farina, e..." (Wheat, Flour And...) 2023

“I love you all! You are all such beautiful people who always make me feel welcome and like part of your special Cremona family. Thank you all.”

This is just one of the many messages sent to a member of the Ocrim team responsible for organising the 'Wheat, Flour And...' event, which was held in Rimini (and surrounding area) this year. The event, organized by Ocrim in the beautiful setting of Rimini and its surroundings, represented an extraordinary moment of connection and sharing between the participants and the company's team. The atmosphere of welcome and the sense of belonging to the large Ocrim family made every guest an integral part of a unique and unforgettable experience.
This year, the central theme of the event was courage, a fundamental element that permeated every moment and decision, as illustrated in the opening speech by Alberto Antolini, Ocrim CEO. The courage to face challenges, to innovate, and to pursue new opportunities guided the actions of the company, highlighting its commitment to ambitious goals and socially valuable projects.

Among the initiatives presented during the event, the renovation of a company dorm intended to accommodate immigrant families and the acquisition of a company specialized in storage facilities stood out, demonstrating Ocrim commitment to the social field and its constant expansion in the sector.

The technical day dedicated to alternative flours offered guests an in-depth overview of this topic, with contributions from industry experts exploring the different types of flours, from classification to innovations linked to tradition, sparking lively debate and stimulating profound reflections.
Of course, there was also a moment of conviviality and entertainment, with two themed evenings at the charming Marcosanti Castle (Poggio Berni) and the rich green space that characterizes Tenuta la Lepre in Santarcangelo di Romagna. The festive atmosphere and joy contributed to strengthening the bonds between the participants, confirming the importance of relaxation and fun in creating lasting connections.

Finally, the day after the event offered attendees the opportunity to discover the rich history and culture of Urbino, with a guided tour of the Renaissance city, further enriching the overall experience of the event.

In conclusion, 'Wheat, Flour And...' was not just an event but a moment of sharing, learning, and personal and professional growth that left a tangible imprint in the memory of all participants.

Thank you!
