I look up, the sun is shining warmly and the airplane trails remind us that the holidays are coming to an end and the return to daily life is imminent. Even though we are going back to work, it is nice to see that there are still those who are leaving and those who are enjoying the sky in their own way. The summer, with all its light, is not over yet.
Now I look at the construction site and see my colleagues securing the scaffolding. We are ready to resume the work left pending because of the holidays. The structure is growing and represents our commitment to the future. There is a feeling of satisfaction in seeing the tangible progress of our work.
A group of people is meeting to discuss a new initiative. In general, it is stimulating to participate in these meetings, where everyone brings ideas and solutions. In these moments, the determination and desire to do are palpable. The atmosphere here is one of peace and recovery.
Even if the holidays are ending, there is a sense of renewed energy and optimism. Returning to the everyday brings the promise of new endeavors and opportunities. It is a pleasure to work in an environment where the future is always under construction.
