The Ocrim Milling Technology School confirms itself once again this year as an educational reference point for students all over the world, who are already part of the milling industry or who have just embarked on this complex path, deserving of attention and proper guidance.
In fact, ad hoc courses were organised for customers who entrusted Ocrim with the construction of their plants, as well as courses for anyone who belonged or wished to become part of the milling world in general. From March to the present day there have been several groups of students from specialised (and non-specialised) staff of various food companies from different countries such as Italy, Germany, Honduras, Cameroon, Colombia, as well as groups that arrived here in Cremona for the courses organised by the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM), whose contents – both theoretical and practical – were taught by Professor Jeff Gwirtz, lecturer at IAOM.
For all courses, the spaces and futuristic technology of the Ocrim and Bonifiche Ferraresi Milling Hub, located in the Cremona canal port area, have been made available to teachers and students in order to guarantee even more thorough and innovative training.
The versatility of the courses provided allowed students to benefit from teachings relevant to their needs and requirements and this is one of the key strengths of Ocrim training.
Cheerful gatherings preceded by the awarding of diplomas were a hallmark at the end of each course.
